Beyond our signature group resonance sessions, the festival will be a vibrant playground of workshops. To ensure an incredible experience, we will curate the unconference partly prior to the festival, offering 20 expert session spots.
As an experienced high-level coach specializing in purpose coaching, intuitive business coaching, or an energy healing modalities facilitator such as breathwork, water therapy, reiki, or other relevant expertise like human design reading, your presence would be highly valued.

Before the Festival:
Professional Promotion and Marketing: We will actively promote your workshop through our marketing channels, including newsletters, social media, and website.
Referral Program: You can earn a 10% commission on each successful referral, with the potential to earn up to 115€ per referral for the festival.
During the Festival:
Exposure to a Niche Audience: Engage with a super-targeted and engaged audience of 100 traveling entrepreneurs who highly value mindfulness.
Personalized Support: Our dedicated team will handle logistical arrangements, allowing you to focus solely on delivering your workshop and/or 1:1 sessions.
Content: Receive 2 testimonials about your workshop.
On Request: We can assist with content creation for your brand or company.
After the Festival:
Priority Access to Give an Online Session within the MINOMA Membership.
Being Listed as One of Our Trusted Experts within Our Membership.
Access to Guest Experts Network: Connect with fellow coaches and entrepreneurs, and we can arrange masterminds upon request.
Before the Festival:
Sign up for the Referral program.
Secure at least two participants signing up for the festival through the referral program within your network.
One collaboration post on social media, announcing your workshop and inviting your network to join.
Repost IG stories about the festival six times (two per month).
Create a 30-60 second video introducing your festival session, highlighting key takeaways.
30-minute IG live session (If applicable. To be confirmed during/after the call).
During the Festival:
Deliver a minimum 60-minute workshop/session. Additional 1:1 can be arranged.
After the Festival:
Record a 5-15 minute session (e.g., meditation, visualization) to share in our membership resources and as a freebie to subscribers or on social media.
Actively participate in the membership for a minimum of three months.
Provide a 2-minute feedback on how to improve the MINOMA membership and enhance its value.
What are the group resonance sessions? The group resonance sessions are an integral part of the MINOMA Festival, featuring sessions from the MINOMA team, including activities like ecstatic dance, electronic music meditation, and candlelight deep connection, among others. The festival program is a collaborative creation with our community.
Are there any particular themes or topics you prefer for the workshops, or is it open to any subject related to purpose coaching, intuitive business coaching, or energy healing modalities? While we encourage workshops related to purpose coaching, intuitive business coaching, and energy healing modalities, we are also open to considering other relevant topics and suggestions from prospective workshop facilitators.
You mentioned "1:1 sessions." Will there be an opportunity for participants to have individual sessions with workshop facilitators during the festival, or is it solely focused on the workshops? In addition to conducting workshops, workshop facilitators have the option to offer 1:1 sessions during the festival. Further details can be discussed during the discovery call.
For the referral program, could you clarify the process of tracking successful referrals and how the commission will be paid out? What are the exact social media channels that you would like the collaboration posts and IG stories to be posted on? To join our referral program, simply sign up on the Goaffpro platform with your name and email. After a confirmation call and profile approval, you will receive a custom discount code to share with your network. Commission payouts will be automatically linked to your PayPal account. The commission rates range between 55€ to 169€, depending on the chosen experience type and room type of your referrals. Social media channels for collaboration posts and IG stories include Instagram, Linkedin, and Facebook.
Is there a specific format or platform for the 30-60 second video introducing the festival session, or is it flexible? The video format should be in portrait mode (for an Instagram story). The content guidelines include mentioning your name, profession/brand or company, dates of the retreat where you'll join as a Guest Expert, the name of the session you'll be hosting, and a brief description of what people can expect from the session or key takeaways they will walk away with.

The MINOMA membership offers several benefits, including biweekly online community sessions, access to alumni and members network (WA), and recording resources. For Guest Experts, it's a platform to showcase their expertise and validate new ideas.
How many participants are expected to attend each workshop, and is there a maximum capacity for the sessions? The number of participants attending each workshop may vary depending on the session's goals. It can range from 10 to 15 participants for smaller sessions, up to 50 for larger sessions.
Regarding the "content creation for your brand or company," what kind of content assistance is offered, and what mediums will be used for content creation (e.g., social media posts, blog articles, videos)? We will have a content creator on-site who will offer special deals for guest experts. The picturesque location of Agafay provides an amazing setting to create professional content, including photos and potentially other mediums such as social media posts, blog articles, or videos, depending on the needs and preferences of the guest experts.
