The MINOMA method

A grounded framework for clarity, alignment, and sustainable growth

— personally and professionally.

MINOMA is not about escaping your life.
It’s about learning how to meet it differently.

Our approach supports people who have built a lot — careers, businesses, identities — and sense that the old way of pushing no longer works, but stopping completely isn’t the answer either.

We work at the intersection of clarity, embodiment, and conscious design, helping you recalibrate how you live, work, and decide — from the inside out.

Why MINOMA exists?

Many capable professionals eventually reach a moment where something subtle but important shifts.

They may have achieved success, yet notice:

  • a sense of misalignment

  • decision fatigue

  • less clarity about what comes next

  • the need to slow down and reassess

MINOMA was created for this in-between space.

Not to fix you.

Not to push you harder.

But to help you listen more accurately — to yourself, your body, and what is genuinely sustainable for your next chapter.

the core belief

Lasting clarity doesn’t come from thinking more.
It comes from integrating mind, body, and lived experience

Your body holds real-time information about alignment and truth

Sustainable growth requires nervous system regulation, not constant pressure

Insight must be integrated, not just intellectually understood

The MINOMA experience

Our retreats and experiences are guided by a structured yet flexible framework that unfolds over the week.

1. Slow down first

Before clarity comes space.

Participants step out of urgency through movement, meditation, and reflective practices. This allows the nervous system to settle so deeper insight can emerge.

2. Reconnect with the body

The body is not a side element — it’s a core source of intelligence.

We use embodied practices to help you:

  • Notice habitual patterns and stress responses

  • Build trust in your own signals and intuition

  • Access clarity that thinking alone can’t reach

This isn’t about performance or flexibility — it’s about awareness.

3. Reflect with structure

Once space is created, we introduce guided inquiry.

Through journaling, facilitated sessions, and discussion, participants explore:

  • what no longer feels aligned

  • what they are ready to release

  • what new direction might be emerging

4. Design from alignment

Only then do we move into direction and design.

Rather than forcing big decisions, we focus on:

  • Clarifying priorities

  • Identifying small but meaningful shifts

  • Creating next steps that your nervous system can actually support

The goal is not a perfect plan — but one that feels true and doable.

5. Integrate through community

Transformation doesn’t happen in isolation.

MINOMA retreats are small-group, carefully curated experiences, where connection is natural, not forced.
You’re supported by facilitators and peers who are navigating similar questions — without comparison or pressure

Silvia, Purpose Coach

I have been in 2 retreats in a row because when I finished the first one I was already missing it so much that I jumped into the second one. It's an AMAZING experience for everyone who wants to get out of their comfort zone, meet new inspiring people, get into deep talks and experience great workshops. This community is exactly what I needed!
Silvia is a Purpose Coach who says Minoma Retreats are amazing experiences for digital and minful nomads.

Who is this approach for?

MINOMA is for you if:

  • You value depth, reflection, and thoughtful design

  • You’re navigating a transition — personal, professional, or both

  • You want clarity without pressure

  • You’re open to listening inward, not just optimizing outward

It’s not about becoming someone new.
It’s about returning to what’s already there — with more honesty and care.
