What happens in the session?
The experience lasts 75 minutes and is intentionally small (maximum 10 participants).
You will be guided through a structured nervous system regulation and reflection process
Opening (15 min): Framing the decision.
Regulation (20 min): Simple grounding practices to calm the nervous system before reflecting.
Discernment (10 min): Exploring the decision through specific prompts.
Alignment (5 min): Identifying the next aligned step.
Witnessing (15 min): Sharing insights in structured 1:1 spaces.
Closing (10 min): Integration & next steps.

Why i created this method?
hi, I'm Maris - founder of minoma
For years, I’ve been deeply engaged in understanding the human mind — not only intellectually, but through lived experience.
I’ve spent over 200 hours in silence studying the mechanics of thought, identity, and emotion. And yet, leadership pressure tests us all.
2 years ago I launched another large creative project. It made sense to scale: I had the experience, I had the network, I had the capacity. I knew I could do it "no matter what"
But if I’m looking back at it honestly — I didn’t pause long enough.
It felt like mission.
But parts of it were old patterns, masculine overdrive.
I overrode my body, overrode red flags from partnerships, to a point that it almost cost me my whole business.
After that I took more than a year to pause, reflect and deeply study the parts of our MINOMA experiences that have created lasting shifts in people from 35+ retreats and I realised:
Clarity isn’t about intelligence. It’s about regulation.
For me, the decision itself wasn’t the mistake.
The state I made it from was.
That’s when I began refining what is now the MINOMA Decision Method™. - it is a structure for recognising when you are acting from alignment — and when you are acting from momentum.
Because self-trust is not built by avoiding mistakes.
It is rebuilt by choosing steadiness when it matters.
