Overview: Fully guided 50 min of strong deep breathing followed by inner breath hold and a few external breath holds. First 30 minutes are all about effort, last 30 minutes are about the reward.

​

Instructions:

  1. Lay down comfortably, ensuring that your head is unsupported and optionally covering yourself with a lightweight blanket.

  2. Set a clear intention.

  3. Keep in mind that the suggested approach is to start the session by breathing through the nose and then transitioning to breathing through the mouth when you feel at ease. You're in full control. Enjoy!
